Rules & Regulations

As with anything in modern society, there must be rules and regulations for any project to run smoothly.  I have come up with several rules that you must follow that will allow this project to be accurate and organized.  Photos will not be accepted if you do not follow the regulations below.

1.  Photos must be authentic and taken by you or someone you know.  We will not accept photos that are stolen from another website.  The first person to take the photo will get credit for it.  Secondary pictures are important also.

2.  We ask that either you or something you own is in the picture to prove that you took the actual picture.  Also, it is more interesting when there is something else in the photo besides the building.

3.  It is very important that you verify the zip code of the Post Office you are taking a photo of.  Many towns have multiple zip codes and/or Post Offices.   I need to update my database with which photos have been completed.

4.  Do not damage or cause any harm to the Post Office while taking a photo.  Also, we are not responsible for any damage or harm you cause during photo taking.
